Grey day in Amiens

The beffroi of Amiens dates, in its present form, from the early 1400s. It was badly damaged during the bombing of the city by the Luftwaffe in 1940 and not restored until 50 years later. Wikipedia has only an article in French; perhaps I should translate it.
